Here at Gladstone’s Library we’ve a definite spring in our step. Spring is just around the corner and in the spirit of new life, we want to welcome to the building users who have never used us before, or who may have been away for a little while.
So we’d like to ask our valued regular users to refer friends or people you know to our conference facilities and meeting rooms. We know that this way, those recommended will understand our ethos and what we’re about. Upon booking, not only will the friend get a free first session, but we’ll also give you 20% off your next booking!
And we want to encourage you to refer as many people as you like, so we’ll give you another 20% off for each new customer you introduce!
Our venue and meeting rooms are full of character, and something a little different from some of the formal, whitewashed rooms in other conference venues. People use us for a variety of purposes from mentoring sessions, to boardroom meetings, to yoga! Our rooms can accommodate anything up to 40 people comfortably and we have a variety of packages which can be tailored to suit your needs including full day, half day, and hourly rates. We are also more than happy to discuss bespoke requirements and packages.

Terms & Conditions:
- The ‘friend’ should never have used us before, or not used us in the last two years. The ‘friend’ must book a minimum of two sessions to qualify for the free first session. Code CONFFRI must be quoted by the ‘friend’ at the time of booking to receive the first free session. The free session may be redeemed only once per company or organisation.
- Before the 20% discount may be claimed by the ‘referring party’, the ‘friend’ must have confirmed a booking. Code CONFREF must be quoted by the ‘referring party’ at the time of booking. More than one recommendation may be made by the ‘referring party’ and a 20% discount awarded for each referral. Only one 20% discount may be redeemed per booking.
