On Thursday, 21st June at 6pm and Saturday, 23rd June at 11am Gladstone’s Library Warden Peter Francis will give a brief introduction to the five shortlisted proposals for the Living Heritage competition.
The Living Heritage competition was run in partnership with RIBA competitions to design a prestigious new building and re-develop the existing Grade I listed library and landscape. Further information on the competition can be found here.
The proposals from the five shortlisted architects will also be on display and guests will be invited to ask questions, comment and feedback on the proposals. These sessions will take place in the Gladstone Room.
These are drop-in sessions and no booking is required.
The proposals will be on display in the Gladstone Room for one week from Wednesday, 20th June until Wednesday, 27th June. Members of the public are encouraged to visit during opening hours (9am – 5pm) to view the proposals and leave comments, considerations and feedback.
