Gladstone's Living Heritage Project
Gladstone's Library and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is pleased to announce the four practices shortlisted to design a prestigious new building and re-develop the existing Grade I listed library and landscape.
The shortlisted practices, who will present their design proposals to the panel on 27th June are:
- AOC Architecture
- Caruso St John Architects
- Hopkins Architects
- Simpson & Brown
Peter Francis, Warden and Director of Gladstone’s Library commented:
“From a surprisingly large number of applicants we are excited by the proven standard, ability and range of the shortlisted architects. They represent the best of British design. We are confident that we will be able to produce a building of outstanding merit.”
